What type of leather do you use for your products?
We exclusively use premium full-grain and top-grain leathers sourced from gold-rated tanneries. Each piece is selected for its durability, texture, and ability to develop a beautiful patina over time.
How should I care for my leather items?
To maintain the longevity of your leather, we recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture, and wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
Do you offer personalization or monogramming?
Yes, we offer custom debossing and hand-painted monogramming on most of our items. You can select your preferred font and color directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, non-monogrammed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. If you have requested personalization, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for our artisans to prepare your order.
Do your products come with a warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a one-year limited warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
